How it works

8 players

You face 7 other players in random matchups. Anyone who hits 0 HP is eliminated on the spot, and placement follows the elimination order. The higher you place, the more Rumble Trophies and Medals you earn.

Trophies and Medals

Rumble Trophies raise your rank in the mode and unlock the Rumble Track. Medals unlock the Rumble Pass. Both reset every season.

3 decks per match

Each season has 6 decks, and every match draws 3 of them. Everyone buys from the cards in those 3 decks, and you can check the match's decks during the battle.

Shared stock

Each card has a limited number of copies shared by all 8 players. Once it runs out, nobody can buy it. A sold card goes back to the pool, and an eliminated player returns every card they bought.

Every card unlocked

You can use any card in the decks, even ones you haven't unlocked yet. Your card levels carry over to the mode, and some new cards come with a guaranteed minimum level.

4★ Minion

Two 3★ Minions merge into a 4★ Minion, which only exists in this mode. According to the game, a cost 5 4★ is much stronger than a cost 3 one, and a cost 8 4★ turns the match around.

HP dropped by the enemy Captain

When your Attack Units hit the enemy Captain, the HP they lose drops on the field. If you survive the round, your Captain absorbs that HP. It doesn't count:

  • in Boss rounds, because the damage doesn't come from your Attack Units;
  • in the final phase, when only 2 players are left;
  • if that enemy was already defeated in another battle;
  • above 200 max HP, the Captain's cap in this mode.

officialIn-game wiki, pages 30 to 34: rules, decks, 4★, HP absorption and synergies.

The 6 synergies

Each deck has its own synergy. Buying Minions from the same deck adds Synergy Points for that deck, and each points threshold turns on a stronger effect. Selling a Minion on the field removes its points.

wikiPoints per Minion: 1★ = 1 and 3★ = 4 (game text). By the same math, 2★ = 2 and 4★ = 8: it's the number of 1★ copies that make the card.

confirmedThe cards in all 6 decks come from in-game screenshots of November 4, 2026. The I or II tag means the mode uses that Variant. If the decks change next season, send a screenshot through the Feedback tab.

What each synergy pays

The same 6 effects side by side at four tiers. Use it to pick a deck by the size of its bonus, not just by the card you like.

How to play by level

Tips by experience level. The tag on each one shows whether it comes from official text, a game screenshot or my own math on the numbers.

Beginner

Your first matches in the mode.

  • officialPick one deck and buy from it. Synergy points add up per deck, so a Minion from another deck does nothing for your tier.
  • wikiCount in points, not cards: 1★ is worth 1 point, 2★ is 2, 3★ is 4. The first tier needs 4 points, which is a single 3★ or four loose cards. Going past it only pays off if you finish the merges.
  • officialSelling a Minion that is on the field takes its points away at once. Before selling for room or Sun, check that it is not holding up your tier.
  • confirmedStart with the cost 3 cards. In round 1 the shop only shows cost 3, and each had up to 20 copies in stock, against 14 at cost 5 and 10 at cost 8. You can merge without fighting the other 7 players.
  • officialYou can use any card in the decks, even ones you do not own. Do not skip a good deck card because it is not in your collection.

Intermediate

You already finish 3★ cards and want a better placement.

  • officialThe synergy's Rumble Captain gives its deck +8 points. That puts you on the 2nd tier (8 points) before buying a card, and the 3rd (12) is one 3★ away.
  • wikiChoose by the shape of the bonus. Star and Lightning work on every Minion and reward a full board. Cloud strengthens the ATK of Minions in the Shop. Droplet puts everything on the highest ATK Minion and rewards a single carry. Sun pays in Coins, which turn into better cards in later rounds. Moon takes HP off enemies as they enter the field.
  • wikiWatch the stock. A 4★ is worth 8 copies of 1★. At cost 8, which has 10 copies for 8 players, that is nearly everything. If someone bought two, your cost 8 4★ cannot finish. The cost 3 one uses 8 of 20 copies and is much safer.
  • officialSun per round goes up: 15 through R3, 20 from R4 to R6, 25 in R7 and R8, 30 in R9 and 35 from R10 on. With more Sun from R4, cost 8 is easier to pay for. The shop odds after R2 have not been checked in game yet, so I cannot say when it starts showing up.
  • officialThe HP the enemy Captain loses drops on the field and your Captain absorbs it if you survive the round. That does not apply in Boss rounds, in the final phase with 2 players, or above 200 HP. Counting on that healing in a Boss round is a mistake.

Advanced

You play for the top of the table and read other players' stock.

  • wikiAim for the 12, 20 and 25 point tiers. With the Captain (+8), 12 points need one more 3★ or four 1★; 20 needs 12 points of cards, for example a 4★ and a 3★; 25 needs 17, for example two 4★ and a 1★. Example from the table: from 12 to 20 points, Droplet goes from +20 to +45 ATK and Moon from 12% to 24% HP.
  • wikiMixing two decks rarely pays. Each deck has its own tiers, and the first only shows up at 4 points. Splitting the budget leaves both decks on the weak tiers. It only works as a plan B when the shop is not giving you your main deck.
  • officialStock is shared: sold cards go back to the pile, and an eliminated player returns everything they bought. When someone falls, copies of your deck return to the shop. If you needed an expensive 4★, wait out the eliminations before giving up on it.
  • wikiLook at the match's 3 decks before round 1. If your usual deck is not there, pick the deck nobody at the table seems to be buying. Fewer people buying the same cards means a full stock for you in the late rounds.
  • wikiI have not tested any of this in a match: it is arithmetic on the game's tables. If you played it and the numbers failed, send it through the Feedback tab.

confirmedStock seen in round 1: each cost 5 card had 14 copies and each cost 8 card had 10. Cost 3 cards went up to 20 (some had already been bought).

Rumble Emblems

officialIn a match, the card details screen has a Rumble Emblem tab listing this mode's Captains. Each one changes a rule of the match. The 6 synergy Captains (Cloud, Moon, Sun, Thunder, Droplet and Star) give +8 Synergy Points to their deck.
