Apple Sheriff
Apple Sheriff is a cost 3 card in Plants on Fire. Rarity: Rare.
- Attacks 6/7/8/15 enemies at once, dealing 40% damage.
In practice
Apple Sheriff hits 6/7/8 enemies at once (15 at 4★), 40% damage each. It fires when the fight starts and at the start of each round, and its target limit resets every round. ATK 3, 2.5 s interval. Every copy gives the full effect, which explains the tier S in PvP and the early defense role. It is available from the start.

How star fusion works
2 copies at the same ★ merge into 1 copy at the next ★. 4★ only exists in Rumble Chess. In regular Co-op, your partner's Minions get a blue star and don't merge with yours. How it works
- Triggers: when the fight starts; at the start of each round, with the shop open.
- Who it affects: the enemies closest to your Commander.
- Limit of 6/7/8 per round (1★/2★/3★); the count resets every round.
Read from the game's official data. Numbers are for card level 1, for 1★/2★/3★ when three values are shown.

Good against
Deck types I mark as good targets for this card. The reason comes from my research (in Portuguese or English).
- Summon Bodies: Attacks several enemies at once: multi-target against a swarm.
Works well with
Pairs the community and I find good together. The notes come from my own research and player guides (written in English).
Apple Sheriff is strong against hordes and shields, a good front-line partner for Guaca Sage.
Apple Sheriff covers hordes and shields while Orange Bros multiplies board presence with clones.
Cheerbloom's aura buffs whoever sits directly below it, placed under Apple Sheriff, it powers up this deck's early multi-target attacker.
Same recommendation, Gourmand Baker buffing Apple Sheriff.
Same recommendation, Leeky Beats buffing Apple Sheriff.
Same list of "carries" to freeze with Azure Astrologer, naming Apple Sheriff.
What the community says
SBroken: carries the match
With Variant II it attacks again on every kill and clears the wave alone. Without it (A): good early damage, hits many enemies, breaks shields.
PvP opinion from when the tier list was made; use it as a reference, not as a game number. PvP tier list by NoControlTower (YouTube), 2026-04-02.
Variants
A base card and its Variants (I, II, III) can't be in the same deck. Variants inherit the base card's level. Get them in the Variant Recruit with Sprout Coins.
Builds using this card
Beginner (Roonby / tutorial)
The tutorial's recommended lineup (Roonby): cheap and safe, good from about 300 to 400 Trophies while you learn.
Legendary Scaling (Estrela)
Azure Astrologer and Tomato Twister keep growing into the late game. You need both Legendaries early.
Control and Stall
Drags the match out to win on the clock. Rosen Death and Leafy Trap buy time while your HP holds.
Anti-Boss (Adventure)
For Adventure Mode. Breaks Shields and piles bonus damage on Bosses.
Orange Bros and Guaca Sage
4-card core from a community PvP guide; the deck builder filled the other 5 slots around Orange Bros' clones. Builder score: 97 (Carry style).
Azure Astrologer and Lady Tulip (700+ Trophies)
4-card core that a community PvP guide recommends from 700 Trophies; the deck builder filled the other 5 slots. Builder score: 96 (Carry style).
Community deck: Tomato Twister with Variants
A player's Discord deck built for early pressure, with Variants on most cards and the Candlemancer Badge: two Guaca Sage I at about 20 ATK each on turn 1, while Pop Gunner and Apple Sheriff clear the wave.
Tomato Twister Carry
Get Tomato Twister early and stack buffs on it. Carrot Broker digs the Shop for 8-Cost Minions so you find it sooner.
Chomper (NoControlTower)
NoControlTower's favorite deck: two 3★ Cabby Trainers deliver the 8 summons a 3★ Chomper devours, Ginger Honcho grows on every summon and Apple Sheriff holds the first waves.
Violet Magus + Prof. Nutter (JitteryKennon)
The deck he uses to explain his Engine, DPS Kit and Support method. Violet Magus fires an extra missile for each Minion on the field with her ★ rank.
Lychee Babe I (JitteryKennon)
Built around Lychee Babe I, which turns into a Minion from the enemy field and keeps every Temp and Aura bonus. It depends heavily on the opponent's deck and on luck.
Violet Magus + Mangotello, Adventure 2-5 (JitteryKennon)
For Adventure stage 2-5 Hard (Eggydjinn vs Coco Coinhog). Violet Magus and Mangotello deal the damage and help Tomato Twister grow fast.
Tomato Twister + Prof. Nutter (JitteryKennon)
Pomblaster, Guaca Sage and Pine Gangster hold the front and help Tomato Twister grow, while Prof. Nutter turns promotions into ATK.
Shroomurai + Prof. Nutter, 2000+ trophies (JitteryKennon)
Built for a 2000+ trophy player with low-level cards. Prof. Nutter's Research goes to Shroomurai and Pomblaster, and Tomato Twister is the main dealer.
Lady Tulip theorycraft (JitteryKennon)
A theorycrafted deck for players with the Candlemancer Badge and a Fortune Cat Charm. He says it's even better with Lady Tulip's Variant.
Tomato Twister + Pomblaster + Shroomurai (JitteryKennon)
Pomblaster and Shroomurai clear the front line, and every kill gives Tomato Twister ATK. Once both are 3★, Math Melon gets bought, deployed and sold over and over.
Pine Gangster II + Judge Chilius (RoyalRabbit5502)
All the damage sits on the Cost-3 Minions, which scale fast with Judge Chilius. The rest of the deck is support.
Boss Challenge: Lychee Babe (34,000 points)
A player's Boss Challenge deck that scored 34,000 points in the video. Lychee Babe turns into Minions that aren't in your deck, so the strong ones stay out on purpose.
Club Race 1/3: Conqueror's Temple (no duplicates)
Deck 1 of a set of 3 for the Club Race. Each phase needs its own deck with no Minion repeated between them, and these three share none. This one is for the Conqueror's Temple and is built around Shamaness.
