Lady Tulip
Lady Tulip is a cost 8 card in Plants on Fire. Rarity: Epic.
- Aura: Increases Lady Tulip's ATK by +2/4/8/32 for each Suncoin you have spent this round.
- Aura
- Aura effects apply when conditions are met.
In practice
Lady Tulip gets an aura of +2/4/8 ATK (32 at 4★) for every Sun Coin spent in the round. She is the payoff for decks that buy and refresh all the time, and I put her in the same economy group as Coco Coinhog, Seed Peon and Sunkeeper. ATK 12, 1.8 s interval. She costs 8 and only enters the shop from R2. Tier B. You earn her in Adventure Mode 2-3.

How star fusion works
2 copies at the same ★ merge into 1 copy at the next ★. 4★ only exists in Rumble Chess. In regular Co-op, your partner's Minions get a blue star and don't merge with yours. How it works
- ATK (aura): +2/4/8 (1★/2★/3★), this round only.
Read from the game's official data. Numbers are for card level 1, for 1★/2★/3★ when three values are shown.
Card analysis
What this card does inside a deck, from the deck builder's data. It is the same reading the simulator uses to score decks.
Strengths
- Works as Payoff and Carry in a deck.
- Each copy delivers the full effect. Merge only if you run out of tiles or in the round before a Boss.
Weaknesses
- Costs 8: it only shows up in the shop from R2.
Role in the deck
What it plays with
- Turns Suncoin spend into power.
Copies and merging
Each copy delivers the full effect. Merge only if you run out of tiles or in the round before a Boss.
Card data checked against game version 2.0.1021.0.
Rounds: when you can get it
Worked out from the official shop and Sun rules, for players in the 1000–1599 trophy range. It assumes you spend all your Sun on this card, which almost never happens in a real match.
- You can afford 1 copy(ies) (1★) by R2.
- You can afford 2 copy(ies) (2★) by R2.
- You can afford 4 copy(ies) (3★) by R4.
- Chance of showing up at least once in a 3-card shop: R1 0%, R2 3%, R3 6%, R4 9%, R5 12%, R6 14%.

Wiki deduction from the official text: Cajumystic copies part of the highest-ATK Minion's ATK, and this card piles a lot of ATK on a single Minion.
Wiki deduction from the official text: One makes or keeps Sun Coins and the other turns Coins (held or spent) into ATK.
What the community says
BUsable, has a deck
Win condition of the spend-Sun deck, with pressure in rounds 7 to 9. Without the Variant the buff is huge but temporary; with it, smaller and permanent. Swings a lot with the weekly Blessing.

Variants
A base card and its Variants (I, II, III) can't be in the same deck. Variants inherit the base card's level. Get them in the Variant Recruit with Sprout Coins.
Builds using this card
Suncoin Economy (Sol)
Every purchase and Refresh counts as spending, which feeds the Suncoin-scaling cards. Slow and hard to pilot; best in Rumble Chess.
Azure Astrologer and Lady Tulip (700+ Trophies)
4-card core that a community PvP guide recommends from 700 Trophies; the deck builder filled the other 5 slots. Builder score: 96 (Carry style).
Turnipette + Guaca Sage (Japanese guide)
A climbing deck from a Japanese guide: Turnipette grows on its own and holds the early game, and Guaca Sage, frozen in the Shop, gets ATK from Azure Astrologer and comes in strong.
Frozen Guaca Sage + Tomato Twister (JitteryKennon)
A slower deck. Azure Astrologer buffs a frozen Guaca Sage in the Shop every round, and Tomato Twister deals the damage with Berrinetta's help.
Pomblaster + Berrinetta (JitteryKennon)
Simple plan: Pomblaster and Berrinetta handle the front line, and Peanut Page keeps Pomblaster growing.
Lychee Babe + Leeky Beats I (JitteryKennon)
Stacks auras on one tile and puts Lychee Babe there: when she transforms, she keeps the ATK and bonuses she had.
Lychee Babe I (JitteryKennon)
Built around Lychee Babe I, which turns into a Minion from the enemy field and keeps every Temp and Aura bonus. It depends heavily on the opponent's deck and on luck.
Princeling + Prof. Nutter, Adventure Hard (JitteryKennon)
For Adventure Hard stages 1-1 to 1-5. Princeling powers Prof. Nutter, whose Research boosts Shroomurai and Tomato Twister.
Lady Tulip theorycraft (JitteryKennon)
A theorycrafted deck for players with the Candlemancer Badge and a Fortune Cat Charm. He says it's even better with Lady Tulip's Variant.
Tomato Twister + Pomblaster + Shroomurai (JitteryKennon)
Pomblaster and Shroomurai clear the front line, and every kill gives Tomato Twister ATK. Once both are 3★, Math Melon gets bought, deployed and sold over and over.
Boss Challenge: Pop Gunner and Muscle Melon
For the Boss Challenge event, where one Giant Boss stays for 9 rounds. Single-target damage breaks its Shield Bar each round, with buffs around your main hitters.
