Bamboscout
Bamboscout is a cost 3 card in Plants on Fire. Rarity: Rare.
ATK SPD +140%. Attacks deal 30%/35%/40% damage. With levels, the ATK SPD bonus reaches +260%.
In practice
Bamboscout hits weakly and often: he has ATK SPD +140% (up to +260% with levels), but each hit deals only 30%/35%/40% damage, always on the enemy with the Lowest HP. Wiki math: per second he deals 2.4 × 30% = 72% of a regular attacker's damage at 1★, 84% at 2★ and 96% at 3★. At max level, with 3.6 hits per normal attack, that goes to 108%, 126% and 144%. My deduction: his value is the number of hits, so he pairs with effects that trigger on every attack. Wiki opinion: he's the easiest new card to get, but only beats a regular attacker at high level. ATK 3, 2 s interval, cost 3. He comes free at 800 Power on the Power Track.

How star fusion works
2 copies at the same ★ merge into 1 copy at the next ★. 4★ only exists in Rumble Chess. In regular Co-op, your partner's Minions get a blue star and don't merge with yours.Rounds: when you can get it
Worked out from the official shop and Sun rules, for players in the 1000–1599 trophy range. It assumes you spend all your Sun on this card, which almost never happens in a real match.
