Club Race 3/3: Promotion (other phase)

Deck 3 of the Club Race set, for the third phase or any phase without a special rule. It's the official Promotion deck with Chili Chef in place of Muscle Melon, which deck 2 already uses.

Put Sister Cherry, Dr. Kraut and Floral Friar down before you promote anything. Princeling goes up to 2★ on one Ready and back to 1★ on the next, so it keeps promoting, and every promotion powers up Sister Cherry, Dr. Kraut, Floral Friar and Bombercarrot. Pine Gangster gains ATK when it's promoted, and Glowkeeper gives ATK to all the others when it's promoted. Chili Chef raises the ATK of the Minions in the Shop. The Fruit Cellar rule hasn't been published yet. Keep this deck out of the Black Market Vault, since promotion needs a lot of purchases.

Princeling: Main piece (★): the plan revolves around it. Works together with: Sister Cherry, Pine Gangster, Dr. Kraut, Bombercarrot, Glowkeeper, Floral Friar. Community tier list, April video (B): Goes up and down a star by itself every Ready, feeding promotions to the Kraut and Sister Cherry deck. A support, not the finisher. At level 10 it triggers Bombercarrot.
Sister Cherry: Main piece (★): the plan revolves around it. Works together with: Princeling, Pine Gangster, Dr. Kraut, Bombercarrot, Glowkeeper, Floral Friar. Community tier list, April video (B): Gives ATK to other Minions when they're promoted. Strong in specific promotion decks, with Princeling and Dr. Kraut.
Pine Gangster: Works together with: Princeling, Sister Cherry, Dr. Kraut, Bombercarrot, Glowkeeper, Floral Friar. Community tier list, April video (C): Gains ATK when promoted, but no deck makes it work without a specific Blessing. Cost 3 rarely carries.
Dr. Kraut: Works together with: Princeling, Sister Cherry, Pine Gangster, Bombercarrot, Glowkeeper, Floral Friar. Community tier list, April video (A): Gains ATK on every promotion and loops in the promotion deck (Princeling, Sister Cherry, Bombercarrot). The Variant gives ATK per 3★ Minion on the board and pairs with 2 Hogsteen at 3★.
Bombercarrot: Works together with: Princeling, Sister Cherry, Pine Gangster, Dr. Kraut, Glowkeeper, Floral Friar. Community tier list, April video (B): With a level 10 Princeling, every promotion drops explosive carrots on the lane. Part of the promotion deck with Kraut. The base card beats the Variant.
Glowkeeper: Works together with: Princeling, Sister Cherry, Pine Gangster, Dr. Kraut, Bombercarrot, Floral Friar. Community tier list, April video (D): Promoting it gives little ATK to the others and merging is expensive. Math Melon gives more for less.
Floral Friar: Main piece (★): the plan revolves around it. Works together with: Princeling, Sister Cherry, Pine Gangster, Dr. Kraut, Bombercarrot, Glowkeeper. Community tier list, April video (B): Triggers on promotions (pairs with Princeling) and its Variant buffs 3★ Minions: good in the Kraut deck and with Chomper's summons.
Sunny Banker: Community tier list, April video (C): Summons random cost 3 or 5 cards; rarely rolls something that changes the match.
Chili Chef: Tier list (A, the wiki's rating): Ready: Shop Minions gain ATK, and the bonus stays on them and stacks round after round. Everything you buy later arrives stronger. The official news video (Sep 29) says to use it with Chuckleberry. Other lists put it at the top (elpisoul SS, TreyEx S); in the deck builder it scores lower, so the A comes from the mechanic and those lists.
